New renders of Lumia 1020 leaked along with new spec claims. Lumia 1020 shows up in AT&T inventory.

WPcentral has posted a new render of Lumia 1020 which shows the device in all three colors. And we know how it looks already. What is more interesting though is the claim that it will come with 2 GB RAM. This  is double of what we have on Lumia 920. Now, logic says if the device comes with 2 GB RAM, then chances of it being running on a quad-core processor increases multifold. Lumia 1020 hints a big hardware jump after all.

WPcentral has been sent a screenshot from AT&T’s inventory system as well, which confirms device coming in Black, Yellow and White.
