In a mystery response to Uservoice thread “Add File Manager to Windows Phone“, the admin has marked it completed and has claimed that “File manager” is available in Windows Phone 8. The users, who have voted for this request also got a mail saying that the request is now completed. Since, there was no such feature / app in GDR2 or even listed in upcoming features list of GDR3, there are only two possibilities,
The state of being Clueless / Never
or
the file manager is coming as separate application soon.
