Microsoft India sends invites for official event, Lumia 640 & Lumia 640 XL incoming.

Mark your calendar guys, if you have been waiting for Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL to hit Indian market. While we reported that initial stock of both the devices have arrived in India, now we have a date foe its announcement, as Microsoft has invited us to its official event to be held on 7th of April. While we won’t be able to make it to the event due to our prior commitments, we will keep you updated with the happenings.

Expected pricing & Colors availability:

Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will be available in Black, White, Cyan and Orange color models in India. As per the cost indicated in Zauba entries combined with our experience of how this converts to pricing, Lumia 640 may be priced around Rs 9399. Lumia 640 XL may be up for a sweeter price of around Rs 13999, according to the indicated cost per unit in Zauba, but we expect it to be priced around Rs 16000.
