Quick heads-up!! Nokia’s latest awesome 41 MP camera wielding smartphone Lumia 1020 has now gone on pre-order at T-Mall in China. Price is Yuan 5999 which translates to USD 980. Don’t get shocked, after all Nokia says, “Lumia 1020” is not for everyone. For comparison sake though Lumia 920 was priced Yuan 4999 when it was launched. Also, this price for Lumia 1020 is at T-Mall and hence we expect the official price to be a bit less than this, though in past T-Mall pricing has been accurate :).
Expected delivery is 9th August which makes China only second market after US to get the device.
