Both Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL will be available on AT&T beginning in November as per the confirmation from the official account in reply to question asked by an user. Our sources had confirmed AT&T carrying both Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL and they had also tipped release date of 1st-2nd week of November.
