Lava launches XOLO Win Q1000 running Windows Phone 8.1 in India

Lava, the Indian smartphone maker has launched one more Windows Phone smartphone under its XOLO brand. The latest XOLO Win Q1000 will retail for Rs 8499 it seems. The devices packs a 720p resolution, 5-inch display and runs on a Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor with Adreno 302 GPU (sadly), which may not be great news for gamers.

On the positive side it comes with 1 GB RAM, 8 MP rear and 2 MP front camera. You may like to compare it with Lumia 535 though that retails for similar pricing and comes with 960 x 540 resolution display but packs a 5 MP FFC and has Adreno 305 GPU for gaming goodness.
