We know 95 percent of Windows Phone market share is covered by Microsoft. However OEMs like Acer and Blu are making its way to build Windows Phone devices.

Today, popular Windows Phone game publisher, Game Troopers is looking forward to become an OEM and build there own Windows Phone devices in 2016. The company calls the project as ”Sunrise” and they did reveal much about their plans.
