HMD has launched Nokia 8 in India today for the price of Rs 36,999. Now, in case you have been dreaming to get the 6GB RAM/128GB ROM variant of Nokia 8 in India here is a bad news for you.
As per the info provided to NPU exclusively, HMD India team has confirmed that India will not get the higher RAM variant of Nokia 8. This kind of confirms our theory that HMD is planning to launch the higher RAM variant to markets where price-sensitivity is less.
Until now HMd has confirmed Nokia 8 6GB RAM availability in Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia. It has also passed certification in China thereby confirming its impending arrival there. China will also get Nokia 8 6GB RAM variant.
Nokia 8 6GB variant will be priced at or around EUR 699 in Europe and will be available starting October 2.
