HMD has finally started pushing December Security update to Nokia 2 after Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and Nokia 8 globally. Our readers have tipped us about the update being available for Nokia 2 (TA-1011) in India and also in other markets where Nokia 2 is being sold currently.
As you can see in the screenshots above the December security update for Nokia 2 is around 88.3 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.

HMD has been quite consistent in terms of releasing Monthly Security updates and OS updates for Nokia smartphones already available in the market. HMD has also made it clear that all Nokia Android Phones will receive minimum two years of OS update support.
