Last we reported about Windows Device Recovery Tool adding support for BLU Win JR LTE X 130 E, which itself was an indication that Microsoft may soon roll-out official windows 10 Mobile update to these device and include it in Insider Preview to receive Windows 10 Mobile Redstone Builds. Microsoft has confirmed in its blog post of the Window 10 Mobile Build 14342 that BLU Win HD LTE 150e, and BLU Win JR 130e can receive Windows 10 Mobile Redstone Builds meant for Fast Ring now.
