Well this is a surprise of sorts!! A new update “Localization for English” is rolling out to some Insiders devices in Fast Ring. This update interestingly updates devices to Windows 10 Mobile Build 14998.
But don’t do it. I mean if you update to Build 14998 using this localization update, your Phone’s update system may be gone till the time you re-flash your device.
This information has been posted well-known Microsoft enthusiast Gustave. So, better don’t update.
Anybody installing the localization 14998 update, do not I repeat do not install it or the update system will be broken for ever on (cont)

(cont) your phone until you reflash it. More bad stuff could happen too if the full build gets pushed. Stay away from it.
